Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Pop-Up – Mar 28-29th, 2026

To celebrate the upcoming “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special” streaming March 24 on Disney+ and Hulu, Maybelline New York and Disney Branded Television are teaming up to bring fans the ‘Best of Both Worlds’ with an immersive pop-up experience open in New York March 28–29th.

Exactly 20 years after the iconic Disney Channel series debuted and defined a generation, fans will step inside one of the most unforgettable closets in pop culture history: Hannah’s legendary glam closet. Inspired by the show’s signature fashion and transformation moments, the activation reimagines the beloved TV set as a real-world destination.

The immersive space will look and feel like Hannah’s iconic closet, with interactive Maybelline glam stations where fans can take home beloved products to recreate bold, stage-ready beauty looks with Maybelline must-haves. After they grab their glam goodies, guests can strike a pose in the ultimate Polaroid photo moment, creating instant, shareable content worthy of a pop star.

This limited-time experience celebrates 20 years of Hannah Montana’s impact, blending nostalgia, beauty, and fan-fueled glam just in time for the anniversary special on Disney+ and Hulu.

196 VODKA SELTZER KONBINI BACKROOM EXPERIENCE – MAR 27TH, 2026

196 Vodka Seltzer is bringing a taste of Tokyo nightlife to NYC with its immersive Konbini Backroom experience on March 27th from 7-11PM. Guests will step into a traditional Japanese convenience store stocked with crave-worthy snacks and sips before discovering a hidden door that leads to a secret backroom party inspired by Tokyo’s electric club scene. The night will feature a special DJ set from electronic-pop and viral sensation Rebecca Black, delivering some bold dance-floor-ready energy. Throughout the experience, guests can enjoy -196’s premium, fruit-forward vodka seltzers in Lemon, Strawberry, Peach, and Grapefruit, making this a one-night-only cultural crossover celebrating Japanese vibes and seltzer season.

Must be 21+

Entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis as capacity allows. We’ll continue welcoming guests throughout the evening as space becomes available.

14th Annual NY Poetry Festival – July 12-13th, 2025

We’re honored to be a production partner for the 14th annual Poetry Festival on Governor’s Island. Every summer, the New York City Poetry Festival invites poetry organizations and collectives of all shapes and sizes to bring their unique formats, aesthetics, and personalities to the festival grounds, which are ringed with a collection of beautiful Victorian houses and tucked beneath the wide, green canopies of dozens of century-old trees. By uniting the largest community of poets in the country and offering a unique setting for literary activity, the New York City Poetry Festival electrifies arts and literature and brings poetry to new light in the public eye.

The Governors Island ferry is free before noon, or $4 after. The schedule and visitor info can be found at the Governors Island website. Advance reservations for the outgoing trip are strongly encouraged.

Hempstead House Art Reception and Fair – Feb 8-9th, 2025

Presented by the Sands Point Preserve Conservancy and Ripple Creative, the Fine Art Fair at Hempstead House features over 20 independent artists from various mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, and multimedia installations.  As visitors take in and have the opportunity to purchase works of some of the region’s finest artists, they will also have the opportunity to spend time inside Hempstead House, the summer residence of the Guggenheims. The exhibit will host a ticketed opening on Saturday, February 8th, from 5pm-7pm in the historic Tudor-style Gould-Guggenheim Estate Hempstead House at the Sands Point Preserve. Enjoy wine and light bites, “first dibs” to purchase artwork, and the opportunity to meet the artists at this intimate gathering before the exhibition is open to the public. TOKYO CULTURAL DAY in NYC – Oct 26nd, 2024

On October 26th from 11am to 7pm, Grand Central’s iconic Vanderbilt Hall transforms into Tokyo in NYC! In partnership with Japan’s Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) and Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB), the public is invited to a free, one-day adventure into Tokyoite culture from food and beverage to experiences and entertainment. Featuring immersive activities like a karaoke challenge, calligraphy workshop, and Yukata dressing and photo-op from the Kimono House, as well as Samurai sword demonstrations, traditional stage performances, and arts and Roblox exhibits – come say hi to the NYCEVENTPRO team and join us in enjoying a little bit of Tokyo’s vast and unique culture!

VOLTA ART FAIR @ CHELSEA INDUSTRIAL – SEPT 4-8TH, 2024

We’re excited to be supporting again this year the 16th annual VOLTA NYC international contemporary art fair at Chelsea Industrial in Manhattan. This year’s fair showcases over 50 galleries from 18 countries and includes a special pavilion of Ukrainian artists in partnership with the NYC-based nonprofit, Razom Ukraine, which has supported democracy in Ukraine since 2014.

You may leave the Island on any ferry you choose, no reservation is required.
