ARMORY ANTIQUARIAN BOOK FAIR – APR 4-7TH, 2024

We’re excited to be supporting again this year the Annual Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America’s New York Book Fair at the Park Avenue Armory from April 4th-7th, 2024.

The Fair’s specialties encompass art, science, medicine, literature, history, gastronomy, fashion, first editions, Americana, philosophy, children’s books and much more. From the historic and academic, the religious and spiritual—to the bedrock of secular culture, finance, politics—the Fair boasts offerings in every conceivable genre and subject.

The 64th New York International Antiquarian Book Fair is officially sanctioned by the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers. This means that the consumer can rely upon the experience and professionalism of participating dealers and the authenticity of the items available for purchase. Simply stated, all books, manuscripts and related material have been carefully examined for completeness and bibliographic accuracy.

Hempstead House Art Reception and Fair – Feb. 10-11th, 2024

Presented by the Sands Point Preserve Conservancy and Ripple Creative, the Fine Art Fair at Hempstead House features over 20 independent artists from various mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, and multimedia installations.  As visitors take in and have the opportunity to purchase works of some of the region’s finest artists, they will also have the opportunity to spend time inside Hempstead House, the summer residence of the Guggenheims. The exhibit will host a ticketed opening on Saturday, February 10th, from 5pm-7pm in the historic Tudor-style Gould-Guggenheim Estate Hempstead House at the Sands Point Preserve. Enjoy wine and light bites, “first dibs” to purchase artwork, and the opportunity to meet the artists at this intimate gathering before the exhibition is open to the public. Vegandale NY – Sept 16th, 2023

We are excited to announce our support of this year’s Vegandale Festival! North America’s Fastest-Growing Vegan Festival is coming to Randall’s Island Saturday, September 16th, 2023!

Expect an epic party with live music, contests, art installations, vegan clothing, merch, and over 200 food and drink vendors from across the continent. Think anything from deep-fried Beyond Burgers to cinnamon buns stuffed with cookie dough – we’ve got it! This is our biggest event yet since the shutdown, so make sure to say hi! to the NYC EVENT PRO team behind the bar!

NY Poetry Festival – July 29-30th, 2023

We’re honored to be a named sponsor for this year’s annual Poetry Festival on Governor’s Island. Every summer, The New York City Poetry Festival invites poetry organizations and collectives of all shapes and sizes to bring their unique formats, aesthetics, and personalities to the festival grounds, which are ringed with a collection of beautiful Victorian houses and tucked beneath the wide, green canopies of dozens of century old trees. By uniting the largest community of poets in the country and offering a unique setting for literary activity, the New York City Poetry Festival electrifies arts and literature and brings poetry to new light in the public eye.

The Governors Island ferry is free before noon, or $4 after. The schedule and visitor info can be found at the Governors Island website. Advance reservations for the outgoing trip are strongly encouraged. Visitors no longer need to choose a return time when booking ferry tickets. You may leave the Island on any ferry you choose, no reservation is required.

A Taste of London @ Shopify – May 2nd, 2023

We’re honored to be sponsoring the publication of John Donohue’s new book of original drawings capturing the restaurants and pubs behind a global culinary capital at the Shopify NY location at 131 Greene Street New York, NY 10012 from 6pm-9pm. Join us for complimentary cocktails from our friends at Fords Gin, savory British treats, and a bespoke music playlist by Damian Barr’s Literary Salon.

London prints will be for sale at the event, and all proceeds from the evening will benefit the St. George’s Society and its charitable programs in New York City.

John, the founder of All the Restaurants, will discuss the inspiration for the book, which completes a trilogy begun with “All The Restaurants in New York” and “A Table in Paris.” He’ll share tales of his on-the-ground research in London, the ins-and-outs of setting up a thriving arts business, and the importance of finding time for creativity, while in conversation with travel writer Marcia DeSanctis.

Presented with media support from Off Assignment, a non-profit literary magazine with a penchant for journeys and a fascination with strangers.

IAMUARE ART FAIR – MAR 24-26TH, 2023

We are excited to support I AM U ARE, an exhibit of the creative industry of Ukraine in New York on March 24-26th at Skylight’s brand new NYC venue at Essex Crossing.

The project will showcase a multi-room exhibition of Ukranian makers, startup presentations, and more. I AM U ARE is about community empowerment and expanding the horizons for Ukrainian creatives, to ignite both business and creative progress in a multidisciplinary approach.

We’ll be setting up “shop” in the gorgeous mezzanine garden for daily service – March 24th from 6-8pm, and March 25th and 26th from noon-8pm. And join us after dark for nightly limited open bar happy hours sponsored with the help of our friends at Union Beer Distributors, Misguided Organic Italian Wines, 2 Robbers Seltzer, Sixpoint Brewery, and Proof No More Nonalcoholic Beverages!

Coach x Rockefeller Center – Winter 2022

Each weekend, during December, come say hi to us at the Coach cart in Rockefeller Center ice rink where we will be serving special holiday treats courtesy of Coach to customers who sign up to receive SMS texts.

The Coach Hospitality Cart will be running from 1-6pm on weekends, Friday-Sunday, and only Saturday Dec23rd –Dec24th, we are closed on Christmas Day.

100 SMALL WORKS OF HOPE – APR 8TH, 2022

We Create | NYC funds and shines a spotlight on emerging women and non-binary artists, while offering free and exciting arts events to the public.

We’re honored to be supporting April’s group exhibition featuring 25 women and non-binary artists working and living in NYC generously sponsored by 470 Lexington/237 Park Avenue and RxR Realty.

April was designated as National Month of Hope in 2018 by a not-for-profit organization, Mothers in Crisis founded by Rosalind Tompkins. The 100 small pieces, measuring up to only twelve-inches, are chosen to exemplify the concept of HOPE.
