Presented by the Sands Point Preserve Conservancy and Ripple Creative, the Fine Art Fair at Hempstead House features over 20 independent artists from various mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, and multimedia installations.  As visitors take in and have the opportunity to purchase works of some of the region’s finest artists, they will also have the opportunity to spend time inside Hempstead House, the summer residence of the Guggenheims. The exhibit will host a ticketed opening on Saturday, February 8th, from 5pm-7pm in the historic Tudor-style Gould-Guggenheim Estate Hempstead House at the Sands Point Preserve. Enjoy wine and light bites, “first dibs” to purchase artwork, and the opportunity to meet the artists at this intimate gathering before the exhibition is open to the public.
