NYC EVENT PRO is a special events and project management collective providing clients full event and venue consulting from start to finish.
We can assist with everything from venue sourcing, permitting and staffing; to decor, beverages and food, custom selected for each specific event, and inspired by current trends, as well as our team’s unique backgrounds and passions.

PERMITS & LICENSES

We supply New York State Liquor Authority licensing (Temporary One Day Alcohol Event Beer and Wine and Caterers Liquor Permits), NY Department of Building (PAs and TPAs), FDNY (Fire Guards, etc), NYPD (Sound Permits, etc) and City of New York (SAPO Street Permits, etc) permitting that may be required for small to large, private and public, indoor and/or outdoor special events, activations, festivals, and popups.
We can also furnish event and liquor liability insurance for both venues and events.

CATERING & BEVERAGE

We have established relationships with caterers, beer, wine and spirit companies, artisan and gourmet brands, wholesale distributors, and event rental companies. Utilizing our extensive network allows for us to accommodate any budget, no matter the size.
We always aim to integrate small batch, local and seasonal products and ingredients, specialty and emerging brands, and eco-friendly materials.

Our staff set us apart. We bring to special events and activations the comradery and experience only a team familiar with one another and the venues we work in can provide. We thrive on creative, smart event management solutions through collaboration, and enjoy embracing new experiences. NYC EVENT PRO is women-owned and operated,  and backed by a widely talented, diverse, and inclusive team. We are committed to supporting nonprofit and charity fundraising efforts by ensuring over a third of our events are sponsored fundraisers.
