NYC EVENT PRO offers clients and venues full event consulting from start to finish. From birthday parties to brand popups, our team’s existing relationships with a variety of vendors allow for the support of events in a wide range of services. Everything from liquor licensing, permitting and staffing to beverages and food, with curated menus all catered to each specific event. We do not list affiliated venues directly on the site due to event referrals often coming through venues. We also as a general rule, do not take commission on venues we refer clients to.

Production services can be billed as a package with each venue rental, with increased service fees and most services discounted 10%-15%+.  NYSLA licensing is at cost, but under or competitive with the average fee and often leaves room for markup. We also arrange bulk licensing discounts per venue. Venue clients have found this beneficial in many ways, from achieving a higher lead retention rate since potential bookings often fall through due to clients being inexperienced in sourcing vendors and managing budgeting resorting in booking elsewhere (typically an on-premise licensed club or restaurant), to the comfort and reassurance of having a familiar event staff team (we don’t use staffing agencies but have an awesome in house team that has worked together for 2-3+ years) that takes care of the venue as much as the client and quickly becomes brand ambassadors for both, and of course, increasing profits per booking.

In addition to clients we work with year after year, we’re really proud to say we’ve excelled in managing events for ongoing clients and venues with events running for multiple months or longer, and consider this accomplishment due to the dedication of the team to the project’s success, and to our desire to better any project we take on.
